Refund Policy

1. The first two months are free

Every plan on TaxShift AI includes a free period of the first two months. We do not ask for a card at signup. Billing does not begin until the trial window closes.

If you cancel inside the trial window, you owe nothing and no refund is due, because nothing was charged.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access to the service until then.

3. Refunds after the trial

All plans on TaxShift AI are billed annually in advance.

If you cancel before the end of the year, we will refund the unused portion of the fee, calculated on a pro-rata monthly basis, provided you request the refund within ten (10) business days of the cancellation . Refunds are paid back to the original payment method.

Monthly billing is not offered at the time this policy takes effect. When monthly billing is introduced, this section will be updated.

4. Refunds in exceptional cases

If the service is materially unavailable for a continuous period that breaches a service commitment we have explicitly made in writing, we will refund the pro-rata portion of the fee for the affected period. This clause is limited to commitments we have confirmed in writing; we make no blanket uptime commitment in these Terms.

5. How to request a refund

Write to billing@taxshiftai.com from the email on your account. Include your account email and a short description of the reason. We will acknowledge within two (2) working days and process an approved refund within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.
