What happens in the first two months?

TaxShift AI is free for the first two months on every plan. We do not ask for a card at signup. Billing begins after the trial window unless you cancel.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Starter, Pro, and Scale at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately on a pro-rata basis. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer monthly billing?

Not yet. Every plan is billed annually in advance today. Monthly billing is on the roadmap; we will email existing customers when it is available.

Question 4

Do you provide a GST invoice I can claim?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every invoice is issued by Tax Shift AI Private Limited with our GSTIN and the CGST, SGST, or IGST split applicable to your state, so you can claim input credit where eligible.

What counts as an AI reply credit?

Accepted Answer

One credit covers one full agent session on one notice, from the initial analysis through the drafted reply. Reopening the same thread later in the same billing cycle does not consume another credit.

What if I run more than 70 clients on one account?
